At The Houghton Hotel Academy, we take our world-class approach to hospitality and share the learnings with aspiring souls who internalise to our values. Through our 12 month Hospitality Programme we offer extensive, industry-leading training that encourages independence while fostering a sense of belonging within the hospitality trade. Graduates of the programme receive hands-on, practical work experience across all departments of the hotel.
